Field Trip: Salton Sea Weekend

Trip is all day Saturday and until after lunch on Sunday.

The Salton Sea is one of the premier birding spots in North America! It offers a chance to see over 100 species during the weekend including Gila Woodpecker, Abert’s Towhee, Vermilion Flycatcher, Gambel’s Quail, and of course, Burrowing Owl, among many others.

We will bird all day Saturday and until after lunch on Sunday before heading home.
