Field Trip: San Luis Obispo County

Please join us for a trip to San Luis Obispo, led by Cal Poly student Alexander Yan. This will be an all day field trip, and we will make several stops as we bird south along the San Luis Obispo County coast. We hope to see a variety of species that are not usually found in urban Los Angeles, such as Chestnut-backed Chickadee, Pacific Wren, and White-tailed Kite. We will also visit the famed Morro Bay boardwalk, where we hope to see a variety of shorebirds, wading birds, and waterfowl. Who knows what else we may find!

All individuals under the age of 18 participating in a LAB sponsored event must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult designated as responsible for their well-being including their safety, behavior, and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations during the course of the event, program, activity, etc.
